Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services is a limited service FBO owned and operated by the city of Augusta, Georgia.

Our goal is to provide our guests with timely, professional, efficient, and courteous service.

Our linemen are professionals with an average of eight years experience serving general aviation, commercial, and military aircraft.

The Airport is located 10 minutes from downtown Augusta and 15 minutes from the Augusta National Golf Club. The flying public can use the Airport year-round with available instrument approaches.

As an AVNET dealer, Aviation Services is proud to participate with Avfuel’s AVTRIP program.

RAMP FEES

In order to keep our fuel prices as low as possible while still providing the highest levels of customer service to you and your passengers, Augusta Regional Airport has implemented a very reasonable Ramp Fee. The Ramp Fee is based on aircraft landing weight. It is a daily fee and is charged per aircraft arrival. In summary:

  • Ramp fees are charged per day per arrival.
  • When an aircraft remains multiple days, the aircraft owes a Ramp Fee for each day.
  • Ramp Fees are based on the aircraft maximum landing gross weight.
  • Normally, one day’s Ramp Fee is waived when the customer purchases fuel exceeding the value of the daily Ramp Fee.
  • During Special Events Ramp Fees are not waived with a fuel purchase.
  • Our current Normal Fees and Special Event Ramp Fees, i.e. Masters® Golf Tournament, air shows, etc. are as follows:

Masters® Golf Tournament 2010 Special Airport Information

Welcome golf fans to Masters 2010, the 74rd annual Masters® Golf Tournament! All airport employees are committed to making your visit as enjoyable and trouble free as possible. The following information should assist you in making your plans.

  • Ground Transportation. Please have your ground transportation meet you at the FBO. When arriving on the airport, follow the signs to General Aviation. We have designated parking staging areas for your ground transportation while they are waiting on your arrival.

  • FBO Services. To help reduce fueling delays and to increase our responsiveness to customer service requests, we have entered into a partnership with Avfuel Corporation, Standard Aero, Atlantic Aviation , and Athens Ben Epps Airport to provide additional fuel equipment and personnel during the Masters® Golf Tournament. We sincerely appreciate their support to meet your, our guest's, requirements.

  • Additional Information. For the most current information, call the FBO at (706) 798-2656.

  • Welcome Letter (412 KB) Welcome Letter. Mr. Gary W. Le Tellier, Executive Director, Augusta Regional Airport at Bush Field, and Steven R. Gay, President Augusta Aviation at Daniel Field, welcome you to Augusta, Georgia.

  • FAA STMP NOTAM (124 KB) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Special Traffic Management Program (STMP) NOTAM. The FAA NOTAM explains the procedures for instrument arrivals and departures in the Augusta area. In summary:

    • o The FAA will utilize a Special Traffic Management Program (STMP) to control traffic in the Augusta area during the Masters® Tournament.

    • Slot reservations will be required for all domestic non-scheduled IFR arrivals at the following airports: Augusta Regional Airport (AGS), Daniel Field (DNL), Aiken Municipal Airport (AIK), and Thomason-McDuffie County Airport (HQU).

    • Slot reservations are required for IFR arrivals operating between the hours of 1000Z through 0300Z daily, Monday April 6 through Monday April 12, 2010.

    • Slot reservations are not required for IFR departures.

    • Slot reservations will be available beginning Friday April 2, 2010 at 0600 EDT (1000 UTC) and will NOT be assigned more than 72 hours in advance.

    • Pilots may obtain a slot reservation by using computer interface (e-STMP) or touch-tone telephone.
      • e-STMP: computer access is available to users with an Internet connection and Web Browser. The Internet address is http://www.fly.faa.gov/estmp. A user guide is available on the web site.

      • Touch-tone telephone: dial (800) 875-9755 and follow the prompts.


    • Upon completion of a slot reservation request, you will receive a preliminary reservation number. You must confirm your preliminary reservation between 24 and 12 hours prior to arrival reservation time. At this time, you will receive a confirmation number.

    • If you do not confirm your preliminary reservation at least 12 hours prior to arrival reservation time, it will be CANCELED and AUTOMATICALLY returned to the reservation system for reassignment.

    • Reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival reservation will be AUTOMATICALLY confirmed with a confirmation number.

    • Confirmation number must be included in the remarks section of your flight plan.

    • Aircraft are expected to arrive +/- 15 minutes of assigned reservation time.



  • Catering. Events 20-20 will provide catering services during the Masters® Golf Tournament Events 20/20 will have a representative in the FBO daily to assist you with your catering needs.
